1. Steel ring

Aluminum alloy wheels, as their name implies, are currently widely used in vehicles. Compared with traditional steel rims, it has the following advantages:
(1) Good heat dissipation: The heat transfer coefficient of aluminum alloy is three times larger than that of steel. Casting Aluminum Wheels
There are two production processes for aluminum alloy wheels, one is casting and the other is forging.
(1) Casting Aluminum Wheels is divided into gravity manufacturing process and fork pressure (low pressure) manufacturing process:
Gravity manufacturing process: aluminum ingots are cast into aluminum rims and stamped from top to bottom in a rim model, one for three minutes. This process is suitable for supporting large-scale production for automobile manufacturers.
Fork pressure (low pressure) manufacturing process: the aluminum ingot is converted into aluminum water, which is directly extruded into the rim model through a transfer tube, and is lifted and pressed, one for 30 minutes. The wheels bought by the auto parts shop are all based on this process.
(2) Forging is a processing method in which forging machinery is used to
apply pressure to metal blanks to cause plastic deformation to obtain forgings
with certain mechanical properties, shapes and sizes. Forging can eliminate
defects such as as-cast looseness caused by metal in the smelting process and
optimize the microstructure. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the
forging are generally better than those of the same material because the
complete metal streamline is saved. For the important parts with high load and
severe working conditions in related machinery, in addition to rolled plates,
profiles or welded parts with simpler shapes, more forgings are used.
3.Carbon fiber wheels
